HOST A NATURE MANDALA WORKSHOP!

Nature and Art both speak without words giving us an opportunity to learn about ourselves in a creative, intuitive way. Mandala workshops provide space for positive exploration, and support from nature and each other.

Workshops are flexible, but generally last between one and a half and three hours depending on time allowed and number of participants. (Multiple workshops can be scheduled for multiple days.) All materials are provided with the exception of Garden and Rock Stories Workshops where attendees will bring additional nature objects. Mandalas are ephemeral and will not be taken home. Photographs are encouraged. High resolution, edited photographs or video can be order separately.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS ARE SAYING

“It felt like a burst of oxygen.” - Patricia S.

“I’ve had a hard time NOT thinking about the mandala class . . . I had no idea what I was getting into . . . no idea what type of emotions this would provoke… seriously! Thanks for offering up a safe space to let it all hang out”  - Becky T.

“All I can say is it was magical.” - Sarah D.

CURRENT NATURE MANDALA WORKSHOPS BY BETH ADOETTE

CONNECTING WITH NATURE

(For schools, company team builds, youth organizations, retreat centers, art centers, etc.)

Allow the silent voice of nature and art to learn a little about yourself and then simply enjoy the beauty that nature offers so generously as you create an individual nature mandala. And enjoy and discuss the circles of your peers.

THE BIG CIRCLE

(For schools, company team builds, youth organizations, retreat centers, art centers, etc.)

A unique experience where participants create a cooperative mandala to gain a new perspective of their contribution to the whole, as well as appreciation and mutual respect for their peers. A memorable way to see how we are all connected!

RE-CENTERING

(For retreat centers, yoga centers, wellness centers, women’s groups, recovery centers, etc.)

Life gets busy and we can start to lose our sense of what is important in our lives. This workshop holds space to explore what is most important in the present moment while creating beautiful, individual mandalas.

FINDING YOUR PATH

(For retreat centers, yoga centers, wellness centers, women’s groups, recovery centers, etc.)

Allow your intuition and the gentle, yet powerful voice of nature help you discern direction for your life. Participants create individual mandalas to discover how they are most comfortable navigating their life journey.

BEAUTIFUL YOU. BEAUTIFUL US.

(For schools, retreat centers, yoga centers, youth organizations, recovery centers, etc.)

This multi-session workshop is an extension of "The Big Circle" workshop that gives participants the opportunity to create an individual mandala as well as contribute to the creation of a large, group mandala! Participants explore the beauty of their individual gifts and contemplate their contribution to the world as a whole.

GARDEN STORIES

(For garden clubs, nature organizations, community groups, etc.)

Our connection with nature and place is often held in memory and story. This workshop is an opportunity to spend time with others who appreciate beauty, keep stories alive, and create a beautiful, cooperative mandala. Participants bring their own flower(s).

ROCK STORIES

(For garden clubs, nature organizations, etc.)

Rocks are powerful objects that hold stories. Participants use their own rock(s) and objects provided by the instructor to create individual mandalas. Then stories are shared!
